Quicker is Better for Heart Attack Victims

You probably know the classic signs of a heart attack–crushing pressure on the chest or chest pain. But there are some other symptoms that, while they may not be from a heart attack, MIGHT be, and need to be checked out on an emergency basis.
Some of those symptoms include a nagging stomach ache, unexplained pain in the shoulder jaw or arm, unexplained shortness of breath or any chest discomfort between the neck and waist.
What to do? DON’T WAIT. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.

Chew two aspirin tablets and call 911. If you’re home alone, unlock your front door.
The sooner a heart attack is diagnosed and treated, the better your chances of survival.
