SINCLAIR LAW OFFICES

is the Treasure Coast’s most effective and well-respected hospital, medical malpractice and nursing home elder abuse law firm.

Doctors and hospitals who violate basic rules for patient safety, and whose actions endanger patients should be held accountable for their actions. Charles (Kip) Sinclair’s mission and passion is forcing doctors and hospitals who injure patients rather than cure them become responsible for their misdeeds.  Hospitals should not be assembly lines.  They need to treat their patients according to certain safety standards.  Many doctors work for organizations that give them financial bonuses depending on how many patients they treat.  This is an incentive for them to provide less than safe medical care for their patients.
Mr. Sinclair has obtained justice for malpractice victims and their families in St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Lee, Orange, Escambia, Brevard and Indian River counties.  Justice is important, even for the least among us.  Hiring Sinclair Law Offices COSTS YOU NOTHING UNLESS WE WIN.  This levels the playing field and gives every victim the keys to the courthouse.
